How to Withdraw Skins from Clash.gg

  1. Make sure your trade URL is set in your Clash.gg account and your Steam inventory is public.
  2. Open the withdraw tab and filter by price range to match your balance.
  3. Pick the items you want. Items shown are in the site's own inventory and ship immediately.
  4. Confirm. A trade offer arrives from a site bot; verify the bot's profile against the list on the site before you accept in the Steam mobile app.
  5. Accept. The items land in your inventory and are trade-locked for seven days if you want to move them again.

Rules That Affect Clash.gg Withdrawals

  • Bonus holds. Winnings from a free case or free balance cannot be withdrawn until you have made one deposit.
  • Stock. Skin withdrawals depend on what the site holds; sell back for balance and withdraw a different item if yours is out of stock.
  • Steam limits. Steam Guard Mobile must be active for 15 days; items received are trade-locked for 7 days.
  • Restricted regions. Accounts found using a VPN from United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Australia can have withdrawals voided.

If a Withdrawal Is Stuck

  • Pending for more than an hour → check for a verification request in your account messages; most holds are waiting on documents.
  • Trade offer not received → confirm your trade URL and that your inventory is public, then retry.
  • Item disappeared from the list → another player took it; pick again.
  • Crypto sent but not arrived → check the transaction hash on a block explorer; if confirmed, the issue is with the receiving wallet.
  • Nothing works → screenshot the withdrawal page and contact Clash.gg support, then tell us if it is not resolved.
